Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of TeamPulse, the employee management service provided by Royal Bengal AI at teampulse.royalbengal.ai. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

The service

TeamPulse is a multi-company workspace for attendance, leave, projects, chat, roles, and related team management features. We may add, change, or remove features as the product develops.

Your account

You must give accurate details and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. If you create a company workspace on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to accept these terms for that organization, and "you" then also means that organization.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service. That means no unlawful activity, no attempts to break, overload, or reverse engineer the platform, no access to another company's data, and no uploading of content you have no right to share.

Your company's data

You keep ownership of the data your company puts into TeamPulse. You are responsible for that data, for having the right to enter it (including your employees' personal and bank details), and for informing your own staff as the law requires. We handle it as described in our Privacy Policy.

Roles and permissions

A company owner controls roles and permissions inside their workspace and decides who can view or change each feature, including who may see sensitive fields such as bank details. Owners are responsible for how they configure this access.

Plans and billing

Paid plans, prices, and any trial are shown in the product. Prices displayed during the current preview are examples and no live charges are taken yet. When billing goes live, fees are charged in advance for the billing period, are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise, and may change with reasonable notice.

Intellectual property

The TeamPulse software, design, and brand belong to Royal Bengal AI. These terms do not transfer any of our intellectual property to you beyond the right to use the service.

Third-party services

TeamPulse relies on providers such as Supabase, Google, and our hosting and email partners. Your use of those features may also be subject to their terms, and we are not responsible for their services.

Availability and disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". Parts of the product are still in active development. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error free, and to the extent the law allows we disclaim implied warranties.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Royal Bengal AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for loss of data or profit. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the three months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached or if needed to protect the service or other users. On termination, your right to use the service ends and we handle your data as set out in the Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and disputes are subject to the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the new version here with a new date, and continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
